Well, thank you kindly Smile I may have to post some more of my poetry more often. Though it is not that good - mostly random thoughts of my head scratched on to paper.

I am working on setting up a link to my blog that has some of my poetry on it.

Ah yes, But isn't that the essence of good poetry? Random thoughts concieved within the depths of one's mind, and transposed upon the infinite plain of possibilty known as paper? Where would all the good poets be without random thoughts I ask you? They would not be great at all. You have the makings of a good poet!

Where is it going? Uh... I have no idea...

But I'm not a Shakespeare fan, either. Not because I think it's wordy or too difficult to read. I don't.

I just don't enjoy it. Too many of his plays and sonnets are centered on emotions. And while I think that's always the case to a degree, Shakespeare takes things past the logical and the situations, if you stop to think about them, are contrived.

I mean, if your mother and uncle killed your father, what would YOUR first thoughts be? You'd be enraged and angry and scared, as was Hamlet. But would you feel GUILTY? Uh, no...

Would you put a pound of your own flesh on the line for a friend? Why not have HIM put a pound of his own on it and let him pay back the loan with your incoming money? ;)

And I could go on. The only thing I like about Shakespeare is his insults... He's the master of them! Smile

i would like you to go on..those were pretty good. Wink
