hey,
just wanted to know if you are still updating your website, The Conservative Journal. Whenever I go to it, it says Jan. 13 2003.
Thanks

Shame shame Jared...to be so delinquent in your site updates. Surprised

Shay...next time try a PM in order to speak with Jared directly. That way I won't respond instead. Wink

Shay,

That site has unfortunately been long since abandoned. As Zwall said, it's shameful. Unfortunately, I no longer have the time to update it. It shut down a long time ago.

I hope to someday reopen it in a slightly different format. But for now, it's dead. Cry

Jared: thanks for letting me know. Too bad, I liked it Confused
Zwall: I thought about doing a PM but just posted anyway. I don't really care if other people respond Smile

A pity.

It wasn't a bad website.....really.
And I really cannot think of that many conservative ones other than townhall.com and various talk show host sites like Rush Limbaugh etc.

Oh, I can provide a list!

www.nationalreview.com and www.nationalreview.com/thecorner/corner.asp

www.weeklystandard.com

www.opinionjournal.com

www.washingtontimes.com

www.newsmax.com

www.wnd.com [not to be confused with WMDs Wink]

I have to go, or I'd post more.

Those are some of the strictly conservative sources, but I go to dozens of different news and politics sites on a regular basis for information.

Believe it or not, my favorite source for politcal campaign news (especially about the crazy people who call themselves Democratic candidates for the party's presidential nomination) is from the political unit of ABC News. It's called The Note and it's a great (although a little liberal biassed - but still great) source of daily reading: http://abcnews.go.com/sections/politics/US/TheNote.html

[It's been sporadic since the war began, though. The political team is being sent to cover different things, so they don't always have information to fill this with.]

Oh, that is very interesting....

I did not know that the National Review or the Weekly Standard had a website....

We subscribe to the Weekly Standard, but I rarely have the opportunitiy to read the other one, so I will have to see about that. Thanks!
