I must bring this to the good citizens of Odyssey that there have been quite a stir around the newly renovated BC Mansion which has been the source of recent heated controversy. As a result, and at the request of Bennet (so as he can continue with business without the complaints clogging up the thread), this thread has been added so as the good citizens can post their concerns about the new inventions if they feel it necessary. Hopefully BC will not ignore the comments of customers concerning the new inventions, so as not to repeat the previous similar misadventure concerning them. Wink

Give 'em an inch and they take a mile...

Nothing wrong with your shop? Well, by day two, there's already indication that you're in violation of the law, were going to put numerous machines together for a customer's use without testing the combined machines thoroughly first...

You say we should be lenient because your shop is new, but there is a pattern of behavior and activity here found in both the old and new shops that is startling and quite possibly dangerous and reckless.

Lenient? Why should we be? You've already put the lives of your customers at risk... and it's only day two. At this rate, what will a few days down the road bring?

Well, you give us ample things to criticize, Bennett! Smile

For example, you just posted your menu on your business thread and were sure to post the following note:

>> [NOTE: THEY DO NOT HARM ANYONE IN ANYWAY!]

Unfortunately, your own menu contradicts your statement.

Consider a few items on the menu:

The BC Slush Headache
While I'm sure it does no permament damage, to give someone a headache can hardly be said to be unharmful.

The Whit-must-die Spicy flavoured Yogurt
While it wouldn't seem to harm the consumer, your note says that it does not harm anyone in anyway. However, by planting these vicious thoughts into the minds of children, you are setting Mr. Whittaker up for grave danger. Not harmful? I'd beg to differ.

Improved Dangerously Burned-Dogs
Dangerously, huh? If something's dangerous, what's it doing in your shop? What about your claim that nothing on your menu was harmful? Your own item names contradict you! And just because the danger is improved doesn't mean I'll overlook it.

I am greatly concerned, Bennett. What type of dangerous things are you feeding the children of this town? That's usually an expression and doesn't involve actual food, but this time, I mean it quite literally.

And you say that there's no danger...

The "I didn't really mean what I said/wrote" excuse rarely works in a court of law, Mr. Charles. That's what I call you for now...

If you don't improve your shop, who knows? We might be calling you the accused party again... Smile

(No, I don't want to go through THAT again.)

Hehe, I know how much you despise those legal arguments....... Wink
They are just so awful, I can`t stand being in court arguing all the time.

(wait a minute, what am I saying? Smile )
