Why don't you guys just do the tournament on Yahoo? It's free if you have an account, easy to make and it's not that bad.

My general reason for not choosing Yahoo! Games was that you can't set up time controls, but with the problems with chess.net, I guess I'd be willing to overlook that.
I'll make an announcement on the main thread for the tournament concerning how and where the games will be played. |

I am not a Yahoo member, so is it possible to access the chess portion for free, or does it require you to sign up for a Yahoo account?
I just wanted to make sure, so that it does not cause future confusion.  |
