LOL. I think I did actually know that if Great Brittain ever did abolish the monarchy she would still be the queen of at least Canada and Australia but I think there are a few more countries (is South Africa still under her?). I actually started a very dumb book once called "the Queen and I" about the abolishment of the monarch. It was very dumb because the royal family was just living in the slums of England instead of going to Canada or Australia.

I think I've also read that Canada is more royalist than England is. I only wish they (the Crown) had some real power (it's easy for me to wish that, it wouldn't affect me in the least...).

Really, I think it would be a shame if Canada or Great Brittain abolished the monarchy. It's like, the last connection with the 1700's and I think they're quite interesting. Besides, I enjoy looking at the newest headline in our tabloids about them.
