I think Chris should stay....what needs to change in her intros and stuff is the things the writers/directors tell her to do.......if that changes, then the intros would be just fine.

AIO needs to go back to the theme song John Cambel came up with waaaaaaaaaay back in 1987. Quit changing it around.

Wooton should stay.

As far as friends not liking it.........what ep did you try getting them to listen to. Every friend that I started off on DBD, historical eps., or the more mature content shows still listen today. If I were to start one of my peers (age 17-23) out on the Spring 2000 season eps, of couse they'd think it's for two year olds! But if you get them hooked on something more climatic.....then when they hit the babyish stuff, they'll probably have listened long enough to overlook how childish it is.

The storyline should stay somewhat nutrual......no more childish eps for a season followed by things that would give the 9 yr olds nightmares, then back to the babyish shows........just find a nice middle ground and stay there.....if they would change the "target" of the show to around age 13-18 all the little kids (age 8 and under since I know that there's as many kids under age 8 listening as there are ppl over age 12) would still be able to enjoy it, and it wouldn't be down-right borring to the adult population either. Look at TV shows like Full house and Family Matters............I watched them when I was 6 and 7 yrs old ('bout there anyway...I'm not sure exactly how old I was) and I loved them.........now as an adult, when I watch re-runs, I still find them enjoyable. However shows like Sesame Street, Barney, and Mr. Rogers.........I don't think I watched any of those beyond the age of 4.

If anything needs to be changed, it needs to be with the writers/producers.........that's where the show will change the most......no matter who announces the show or what characters they get, it'll still be the same if the same scripts are comming out and they're produced the same way.

Peace Out

I don't like the Odyssey videos very much, and I definately do NOT like Dylan.

I'd like it if they would get rid of the Odyssey movies, period, and get rid of any and all cartoon designs, unless they were REALLY well done.

The music is fine. I think we should have a mixture of lighthearted, dramatic, chiller, rock, classical, etc. Basically whatever will fit with the scene at hand.

Chris is fine, but she needs to tone it down a little, and stop saying things like "Will Whit ever find his pencil?" The little 8 year olds have grown up, and its time for their favorite radio show to grow up with them.

I also think we need to have a few "horror" AIO (such as Castles in Cauldrons) again. Nothing like scaring the pants off the 8 year olds. I survived the terror, they can too.

As far as the direction AIO should go, I really wish they would go back to the era of Albums 29-32. Those were perfect. They kept the older audiance but they didn't lose the younger kids. In fact, the younger kids I know loved that time. It wasn't just another kids show, it was AIO!!!! But then album 33 came along and it was okay but then album 34 came and it was just another kids show. Why listen? I really think that the Spring 2000 season only hurt AIO with all the audiances. Anyway, there's my little rant.

As far as horror I don't know. I wouldn't really consider "Castles and Couldrons" horror. Scary yes, but not horror. I do wish AIO would go back to the good plain creepy style that some of it's best shows had. You know the feeling, when you hear the yell at the end of "The Mysterious Stranger, I" it just sends shivers down your spine EVERY TIME!!!! Its great!
