You don't think that Odyssey is adding new people(the Cabrerras and the Washingtons) because they are getting rid of old characters? I hope not!

I think that's what happened. It may or may not be a rumor, but I recently heard that Alex Jefferson won't be around much longer. Many Straussberg is going to be around to stay indefinitely because her voice never changes. Cal Jordan's gone for good... Any others? :?

Alex Jefferson really was a good character. We somewhat knew him and then they're making him leave now. I hate it when Odyssey does that. Can't they just keep their good characters? Look what happened with Jimmy Barclay! He stayed for years and everyone was sad when he left.

Okay, okay... forget it.

But his departure will be a loss for the show. While I didn't always like who he was paired up with (did he ALWAYS have to be with someone ready to break the rules? Wink

), I thought his character was rather good. First Nathaniel, now Alex. Soon, AIO won't have any kid characters left!

It seems like Odyssey has tons of new people, but no new characters, if you know what I mean. People like Colby who you hear every once in a while, then fade out of the picture... as opposed to characters like Lucy, who, whether or not you liked her, was always around.

Or Jimmy...

Or even lesser characters who weren't in as many shows but didn't just seem to randomly pop into the show... characters like Lawrence and Jack...

I hate this! Why can't Odyssey keep at least one kid to go unto he teens?? I mean, this is really dumb! I always get mad on this subject!

I know what you mean....Jimmy Barclay was a good character, and I was hoping that they would keep Jared De White and Dwayne around a little while longer. It seems that the kids in Odyssey keep...I don't know...shifting or something, as in every year or so they have to have new kids. I think that Mandy Straussberg is a pretty good character, and I hope they keep her around for a while. Aubrey Shepard is not my favorite character, but she is OK, not particularily great or anything.

Alex must NOT go away. He's my favorite character!!! Neither should Sarah Prachet. Why do they do that? It's so annoying!
