Simple. Tell him to duck and if he doesn't, throw a fry at him.
Doesn't he know that fried ducks would have very little left on them? Ducks are filled with fat, so they are usually baked, I believe. If you fry them, you're going to have 2/3rds of the bird burn up!  |

Unless, of course you serve wild duck, which is very lean. The ducks that most people(who like to eat duck) are used to, are tame, corn-fed ducks that need not forage for their food to survive. Hence, they become fat and tender, as well as being a larger breed of duck in the first place than an ordinary wild one.

unfortuantly for all those out there who like to eat duck. I have not learned or tried to cook duck. but maybe i might i might just try to cook duck. but not today! poor duck  |
