And would like to open a place called the Arts, Crafts, & Skills Center on the land Andromeda now stands.

I will remove all Andromeda concerning things from the land. I'll demolish Andromeda and own Arts, Crafts, & Skills Center.

I have also sold the Connelsville WhitsEnd to the Connelsville government.

We have the materials but not the teachers yet.

I'm looking for employees here.
If any would like to sign up just ask it here. I would need to know what you can teach though.

I can teach papercraft, washi crafts, Piano, Violin, and Computers.

Oh, yes! I could teach eating! Very Happy (I'm well-qualified on the subject and well-rounded because of it.)

Okay, I'm not really overweight...

I have some English-type skills(especially spielling).....and I can teach how to debate effectively(ok..ok..argue, basically-it was my favorite class anyhow!)

I also know how to shear an alpaca..but I suppose that really wouldn`t be too useful..

Not too useful? Coralfish, you underestimate the great value of that skill!

Why, just the other day, a promising young executive had a meeting with the vice president of the corporation. He beamed as the VP went over his papers, noticing the certifications, the praise of his colleagues and bosses, the skills he possessed, the integrity he displayed in the workplace and his ability to motivate other workers. The vice president was preparing to offer him a higher position that came with a substantial raise, but then came disaster for the young exec. In a customary, essentially perfunctory question at the end about the young man's ability to shear alpacas, he was forced to admit that he had never been trained in that area.

Sadly, this young man, so promising only shortly before, now packs sacks at the local grocery store.

Alpaca training is so very, very important!

E87M2, you'll get the room B-3 on the second floor. It has all the stuff you need.
----------------------------------------------------------
Ms. Rivendell, you can go to the Writer's Corner. It's on the 1rst floor and has a big sign over it. It's $80 to $200 depending on the skill or crafts you teach. If you want any materials that are not in the facility, call me and I'll try to get it for you.
----------------------------------------------------------
Coralfish107, I have set up an Language corner. Includes Spelling Bee,(Vocabulary Trivia and Quizes included) Language Skills, and the special Debate your Opponents(More like Argue with your Friends Corner).

I think you can work in the Spelling Bee and the Debate your Opponents. You may teach the Alpaca trainings.
----------------------------------------------------------
Mayor Jared Walczak, I think you can work in the Worldwide Food corner.
----------------------------------------------------------

I need somebody to teach drawing, and sketching.
Any Skills or Arts, Crafts are fine. Even Tire changing.
