I don't know about you guys, but I'm a big fan of AIO music. To me, even if the writing falls short, the music makes up for it in a big way. Needless to say, if both the writing and music are good, I like the shows even more !Do any of you have a favorite ep mainly because of the music? |

I also enjoy AIO's music, but, unlike you, it's really the writing that makes the episode, for the most part. It wouldn't matter if the music in an AIO show was the best I'd ever heard if the writing and acting (and, most importantly, the lesson) were forced. The music is very important to an episode, but it doesn't make the episode.

It's not my favorite, but I also like it. While it's not the most outstanding music, the music in ...It Ended with a Handshake complimented the episode wonderfully. And DBD music was also good.

| Does anybody know how AIO sound designers create their music? I mean, do they use actual instruments or mix together sounds with a keyboard? I have no idea. |

I like Eugine when he plays the Ukel- Uaka- that instrament thing with strings that he plays. I'll try to spell it as best I can: Eukalayle. Anyway, I think it's cool. |

Actually, the sound designers don't "design" the music. John Campbell, the composer on most of AIO's show, does the music. I believe he mixes sounds together on a keyboard for AIO, but on Radio Theatre he often uses real instruments. Then, a sound designer mixes the music into the show, along with the voice tracks and sound effects. It must be a lot of hard work!
