Garden of the Gods--quite beautiful red sandstone formations
The Olympic Training Complex
Pikes Peak--a bit of a drive, if I remember correctly, but a well-trip in the Colorado area. Absolutely gorgeous scenery.

Then, of course, there's FOTF which is impressive and worthwhile in itself! Very Happy

The Air Force Academy Chapel is also an impressive building. And I agree^, Garden of the Gods and Pikes Peak (if you can handle the white knuckle drive) are well worth the trips.

They've already said everything I could think of... but if you're looking for a good restaurant, go to Gunther Toodee's (I think that's how it's spelled). It's kind of like a Ruby's or a Johnny Rocket's.

The only show you can watch is Dobson's, but I'm not sure how that works. I'd take the tour and go to Whit's End (if there is a tour, I visited 5 years ago and my memory is kinda fuzzy regarding that day).

I was there seven years ago, and in the FOTF tour, I think they show you where to go to watch Dr. Dobson. You'd have to ask when, though...

I have been to Pikes peak, The Air Force Academy Chapel And the Garden of the Gods. All wonderful areas. Also the Caves of the Winds is a wonderful place close by.
