This topic is to basicaly to suggest stuff to others, like books and movies and such, and to get questions answered, like is such and such a good show to watch. I just got tired of all these multipul subjects with the minor change. So without further boringness on with the uh sure why not.......

Ok, I will suggest a book to all. The Listener by Terri Blackstock. An excellent, thought-provoking book. It isn't very long, so it won't 'tie up' anyone's time... |

Any of Frank Peritti's books. The children's series are good quick reads. His adult books: Tilly is an excellent story on abortion, as is The Prophet. This Present Darkness and Piercing the Darkness both look at things from the spiritual realm as well as the human characters. The Oath is an amazing allegory on sin, with a Stephen King feel to it. The Visitation deals with a 'false Christ' and the havoc the town experiences b/c of it. His newest book, which I don't know much of, Monster, comes out April 12th.

| Seabiscuit was a good book and a good movie, It dosent matter what order you do it in ( I saw the movie first) They were both Great, The book has more details, you know because they could'nt put every single thing in the movie. |

I've read several of them, and all were great. I have yet to read something of his that I did not like.
