Yeah, I've read some of it. Another reason it was probably locked was it got kinda offtopic at times. I'm sorry I missed it, I've been ranting enough about that storyline as it is.

I honestly hope that does not happen. That would wreck Eugene's homecoming. Eugene has had enough trauma, he does not need to be exposed to the Connie/Mitch disaster.  |

It would indeed wreck it. I think that Connie's immaturity is one of those things that was usful, served it's purpose, and it's now time to move on. Once we move on, then Mitch can come back.

My problem is, I thought we had moved on. Like I've said before, Green Eyes, Yellow Tulips took 13 years of character development and threw it out the window.
Which made that storyline that much more maddening.

disater?? how can u say that??? ok so he did act like a total jerk in Something Blue but hey!!! i still like Mitch!!!!
i hope he does come back... maybe not right now but like next season.... it could be pretty humorous!!! |

I have no qualms calling that storyline a disaster. From an earlier post:

i guess b/c im the hopeless romantic that i am, i thought it didnt seem right. the one scean i didnt like was when he was like Connie Kendall will you not marry me.... i was so mad!!!!!
but i guess that was just me for the simple fact that im single and looking for love myself.... so i though Connie should at least get something i couldnt ya know!
and i see you point on the looks thing.. it did appear she only liked him for his looks!!!! Thank God thats not how it's suppossed to be.... but i honestly likes the scean in Exit... i thought it was cute...... and Secrets is one of my faves!!!!
but yeah i do see your point on the matter!!! |

| My biggest problem with the Connie/Mitch disaster was that it made Connie act like an immature teenager and as far as I am concerned she is way past acting that way, or should be. The next problem is that Mitch got to the point where all he cared about was the FBI. If Mitch came back to Odyssey then Connie would revert back to the immature behavior. Connie is not ready for a relationship and she is definitely not ready for marriage. |
