That's the picture that is in the Complete Guide. I have never seen another picture of him.

I second that. He was a good character in his own right, but was horrible when romantically entangled with Connie (so was she for that matter).

Mitch does sound sweet. What I can't understand is why he liked Connie. I mean it sort of makes sense, but not really. Could any of the guys (or anyone else) shed some light on this issue?

They were so romanticly silly that it made them both look kinda stupid. This may accually be a little realistic (especially for Connie), but I don't think it's good to put it in AIO.

Did anyone get the feeling that their realationship is simmilar to Eugene and Katrina's?

Side comments: I don't think Connie could ever get married onless she mutured...alot. She's to, well, for lack of better words, silly, emotional, and I hate to say but, teenagey. OK here is a scary thought, Connie getting married and having a child. What is wrong with this picture???

Summery: Yes, he sounds very sweet but his and Connie's relationship was not that great.

Mitch sounds sweet, but I began to think of him as selfish. He always seemed to be thinking of his career and forgetting Connie.

Regardless of whether or not the portrayal of their relationship was "good", romantic relationships provide writers with a great deal of comedic opportunities, so I think a lot of those moments are meant to provide some comic relief rather than comment purely on how a relationship *should* or *should not* be.

1st I don't think that the comic aspect works too well, esspecially (I kan't spell) with 8-12 year olds (thier target age range). 2nd My problem is not about how relationships should or shouldn't be, it's just that they way they put together it makes them seem dumb.

I liked Mitch right from the start, and some of my friends have accused me of having a crush on him. *sigh* However, I think that he didn't reach his potential as a character. He and Connie got too sappy around each other sometimes, and I didn't really like the way he left. I still get teary-eyed just thinking about Buduapest. *sniff* I still like Mitch, and he had some good qualities, but he was far from perfect, I am now willing to admit. He did have a lot of patience to put up with Connie for so long! No matter how much you dislike Mitch, you have to admit that! Wink
