With all the bad news coming out of the courts lately, I thought that perhaps some lighter legal fare might be in order. I commend to you the peculiar case of Emert Wyss, who, in the words of the Madison County Record, "thought he could make money in a Madison County class action lawsuit, but [...] accidentally sued himself instead. Now," continues the article, "he has four law firms after his money - and he hired all four."

I accidently read about that yesterday. I was joking with people about someone suing himself (news of weird) and put in yahoo search sues himself and saw the story.
Thats great, funny. I bet he does feel stupid now. I dont understand everything though, all the legal talk.
