Wow guys, thats really cool! TH only having town hall and offtopic... amazing. The Soda Fountain Boards arn't still around? I stumbled across them once like two years ago and remember one thread about Connie and Mitch that was like 100 pages long I sat and read through the entire thing! It took like two days to do it. Anyway I didn't join because that looooong thread kinda turned me off. |

The Soda Fountain Boards that currently exist are completely different than the old Soda Fountain Boards. The new one was put in place several months ago... though it currently is only opened when the Town Hall goes down.

I had almost forgotten the time when the Town Hall consisted only of two forums. Before that, I have vague memories of a Town Hall that used a mostly black simplistic layout. Simpler times, indeed. Not to mention the old logo and all of our previous usernames.
Only the latter has refined, though. |

I liked the old "simplistic" layout. I also liked that I didn't have to join, back in the days when my mom really didn't like communication w/ large numbers of people that I didn't know personally. It made things easier. Now, of course, it doesn't matter, but I liked the way the threads showed up. Things were easy to follow. *is lost in reminisces* It's ok. Every board I've been to lately has used this format, so I'm starting to get used to it. |

Hey, I want some
Oh, and welcome!
P.S.
Did I miss something?
How does "Joined: 19 Mar 2005" fit in with this "Return"? |

I used to post back two and a half or three years ago before you had to join this board to post on it. I enjoyed it thoroughly, but, unfortunately had to leave a couple of months later. Now I'm "back" although the board and it's members have changed considerably. :D
I'm glad to be back. Alas, I haven't listened to Odyssey in months, so I have no idea what it sounds like now. Guess I'll have to look around and get caught up. |

Yes welcome back! I am sorry that so much has changed. I guess it is like you used to live in "old Odyssey" and came back in the middle of "New Odyssey". ( at least that is what I think)
Shadowpaw thank you for the lovely history lesson. |
