My cousin has a double cowlick, so he always has a buzz. My cowlick doesn't bother me.

OKay, I've seen cowlicks, but what actually causes a "cowlick"....
And if ANYONE says being licked by a cow, or anythign near to that, I'll spaz out on you....
Anyway, I don't really mind...
I don't get what the big deal about them is anyway..
someone care to enlighten me? |
