Last year when Terri's feeding tube was removed the media started covering it. But when the tube was reinserted the media took ten seconds out of a one hour news cast to say it was reinserted. If you go by just by what the media tells you, you won't hear the whole story.

| In a way it's sad to hear about her death, but in another way it's the best news of all. Terri Schiavo, based on some of what I have read (which may have been inaccurate - I don't know) seemed to have been a Christian. That would mean that she no longer has to linger on in this sad world and gets to enjoy Heaven, which we as Christians know will be way better than anything this world has to offer! I'm sure that her family is grieving, and that this isn't a happy time for them, but at least she isn't suffering here anymore. |

While you do make a good point Catspaw, the way this all happened still angers me. I know what it's like to go without food for several days, and it hurts.

If she was in PVS it wouldn't really affect her - the results of the autopsy will tell us if she was killed in pain, or not. |
