Ok, this is the imagination station. So, I have a right to let my imagination run. Heh.
Would it be possible for someone to jump straight up and a car go under him/her before they land on the ground? |

| Depends on how fast the car happened to be going at the time and how high the person jumped. |

| Ok, so how fast would the car have to be going and how high would the person have to jump in order for it to work? |

| About the highest anyone can go (and by that, I mean the best in the world) in a standing vertical jump is 3 ft. Are there any vehicles on a 3 ft jump would clear the hood? That seems too low to me. |

| Yea I agree with everyone else. It depends on the speed and the height of the car, unless its a really agile person. |

I'd say it's possible, but it would be quite a stunt. If you got one of those low-lying race cars which only stand two or three feet, and the car was going fast, and the person was extremely fast and agile and ran TOWARD the front of the car, and jumped over it at exactly the right time, I'm sure it would be possible. The only thing is, if it was at all misjudged, it would be easy to get run over...
Interesting question. |
