| I find it scary because the government might currently be saying that pastors and clergy etc. won't be forced to perform same-sex marriages, and that they'll still be able to hold their views, based on their religious texts, but why should we believe the gov't? They've changed their mind in the past, and we've started down a slippery slope that will likely lead to decreasing rights for the religious community. |
