Yes, but from a psychological point of view, living in h.e.l.l. like that, no matter how hard you try, you will always relive (vividly) the experience, in detail. It will be more vivid than a movie.
I know a few people who were just plain abused, and they relive the experiances quite often, and can't block it from their mind, no matter how hard they try.... |

| while that may be true in some cases, that is not true in all cases. Some individuals try to cope with traumatic experiences by blocking them out the best that they can, despite the difficulty. This may not be the reccommended way to deal with them, but some people still try to deal with their issues this way. There are some adopted individuals who have dealt with their memories of life before adoption this way. |

| Yes, but they cannot block 100% of it. And by remembering it, you are no longer blocking it. Once you peel back the scab a little way, the blood starts to flow. |

| that's not the point though. They might not be able to block out everything, but what they go through might not be exactly as they say it was. The interpretation of events could be different when coming from a victim as opposed to an oppressor or outside observor. I don't know, I just have a hard time trying to believe that there isn't some veracity to what she is saying. |

Much of what she is saying likely has some truth to it, some truth.
But ask any couselor or psycologist and they will tell you events that tramatic are impossible to forget even minute details of. They relive the event regularly, and could tell you many, if not nearly any detail of the events. The vents and the environment are burned onto their brain, and they relive them regularly. Once the brain sees or experiences something enough times, it is impossible to forget. |

| just being a stick in the mud, but you remember the thirteenth thing you said to any given specific individual after you had met them? I'm just going into mind games now, being kind of irrelevant maybe. I mean, the human memory is a pretty amazing thing, and yeah, they say everything we see is in our subconscious. I guess it could be her presuppositionalist viewpoints affecting the way she describes things, it would make sense. The victimization she went through would make her biased. |

Biased against what?
I don't consciously remember the 13th thing I said, because it wasn't a tramatic experience like the N Korea abuse, nor did I make any effort to remember it.
But things like what she ate and drank and how much aren't things that are easy to confuse or forget, nor are they things likely to be skewed in the memmory.... |

HEY,
NK is an AWFUL place. I live in a place so close to it so I hear many conflicts with North Korea.(I'm not living in China, Russia, or South Korea) Once they even threatened this country(I'm living in) by flying a missle over it. I saw in TV about a person who was a secret spy agent for North Korea and she said pretty much the same thing about prison camps. I think that article is telling the truth, though she might be over saying some things. North Korea's government should be destroyed. It only stands on threats. They threaten people and the people do the thing required. I heard that even the spies try to find some things other spies do to gain favour from the dictator. Right now North Korea is the only Full Communist country in the world. I think God will punish that country soon. I feel sorry for the people who live in that country with that dictator. North Korea is what comes out of a World War. Communist rule is awful. :x
Just my thoughts,
