Oh deary me... I just saw A clip from the new cartoon starring my favorite hero... it wasn't so great...  It seemed more than anything like a japanese cartoon, like Teen Titans, a show which I am not very fond of. It lacked the certain dark quality that Batman has always had. It seemed way to... colorful.
OH WHY!!!!?
Look what they've done to the poor penguin!!!
And the Joker? Horrendous! The crown prince of crime has become a GNOME!
And what's this!!! *GASP* It's Bruce Wayn doing something that Bruce wayne would never do, and something that certainly has no right in Batman. And he's doing it in the BATCAVE for pete's sake!!! Alfred Looks like a buffoon!
It seems to me that the shows WE watched as kids were a lot smarter, sharper, and better than the flack our descendants have to watch!! Down with the WB, DOWN WITH DISNEY!!! DOWN WITH EVERYTHING THAT'S DESTROYING MY CHILDHOOD MEMORIES!!!!

Yeah, this is pretty sad.
I'd be content if they cancelled Justice League Unlimited and just went back to the old Batman cartoon...
But anyway, without Kevin Conroy as Batman and Mark Hamill as Joker... it's quite sad. |
