Well, I'm not going to go into detail here, due to the youngin's populating the board, but, a friend of mine is really messing up her life with her new boyfriend. It's... well, it's too pathetic to even bother typing.

But anyway, if ya'll could pray that she, and I suppose him as well, would just have some wisdom and common decency, as well as me and her other friends knowing what to do/say and such.

Yeah, well, I don't really know the guy, but I'm sure he claims to be.

And I know my friend is... which makes this all the more disappointing... I've had many long talks with her over the years about relationships, and she is contradicting so many things she said...

I once had a friend like that... very similar situation (from what I gather). I was positive I knew her and understand her stances on certain things, and after high school I was happy that we had conquered peer pressure and all that other stuff. But not for her... it was after high school that her habits changed and I began noticing things in her that I didn't think were possible before. It killed me...

So yeah Top, I'll be praying.

A (former) good friend of mine has made some crazy choices since entering junior college. Sometimes you just have to cry out to God while asking yourself, "What went wrong?"

I am sorry to hear about your friend, Top Crusader. I will pray for all three of you in this sad situation.

I might as well explain a bit...

She's always been I guess a "hopeless romantic", whereas, she's only dated a handful of guys, and nothing too eventful ever occured... but, she always ended up hurt coming out of the relationship.

It's been about a year since any of those, and, I had thought she had really come a long way, ya know? She had learned some lessons, some kind of hard, but she was better for it, and had her head on straight.

Then, 2 or 3 weeks ago, she met a "friend of a friend" (her boyfriend) and he "liked" her... she wasn't sure about things until about a week ago, where she told me she was going to give things a shot with him, but she wanted to take things "very slow", and he was okay with that.

Well, I didn't hear anything from her all week, which is kind of odd... then, last night I was out with them and a few other friends. They were all over each other, after a week. And, I am not exagerated... rarely would 5 minutes go by that they didn't kiss. I talked to a friend of hers that's been staying with her temporarily, and come to found out that EVERY night this last week, either he was at her house, or she was at his, til 4,5,6 in the morning (And, they both have 40 hour work weeks, 8-5).

And, yeah... they are totally obsessed with each other after a week, and, it's clearly not "love".

So anyway, once again, thanks guys... now back to my plotting... Twisted Evil

Yeah, I know people like that. It's so hard to understand. But, we just have to remember that all we can do is confront them with their sins. They'll have to stand before God and answer for their actions, not we.

I will also pray!

Just talked to her, and I wasn't too preachy cause I knew it wouldn't amount to anything.

But hey, get this... she thinks the reason things are moving so fast is "all God"! Shock

*sigh*
