I am declaring the police force!
Odyssey needs people to keep the place clean, and to remove corrupt politicians. We are currently searching for the vandals who egged Finniman's market today.
And, just so you know, Officer Harley is a commanding officer!

Does it make anyone nervous that a major contender for they mayorship, Hawkeye, heads up the police force?
Can you say "police state"?
Vote for the man who will be on the side of the law, not the man who will misuse it for his own political gain.

I do not say I own or controll the police station, just I declared it. Legaly declaring something does not mean it is valid. Bt in this instance, my declaring the police station, I am not declring it as mine, therefore since police stations are property of the city/town, then anyone who can think would know that I cannot claim something as such.
But for the doubters... I hereby declare the Police station of Odyssey shall be forever more sole property of the township of Odyssey, and I, Hawkeye shall have no controll over the affairs of the police station, except for the powers given to me if I am elected mayor.
BTW, The police station need people to apply for the jobs to enforce justice. Not someone's desires. |

IL_Queen, a few points/questions:
1. It's spelled "racist."
2. Since Irish isn't a race, it's impossible to be racist towards the Irish.
3. Is stating that a character is Irish as opposed to British in any way wrong? That makes no sense whatsoever!
4. And even if he had cracked an Irish joke, so what? Is a clean joke dealing with an ethnic group really so bad? I mean, the Polish probably get picked on the most in ethnic jokes... and I'm Polish. And I could care less. Some of them are rather funny! There's a difference between looking down on a person for born-with-it reasons such as ethnicity and race and joking around. Being hyper-sensitive is... hyper-annoying.
5. You've suggested that people here are racist on numerous occasions. Calm down. Re-read the post. Understand what the word racist means. And reconsider the names you toss about. Calling a person "racist" here has in every case applied been far worse than the supposed questionable comment... thus far, I've seen nothing racist in the least around here. We have a good group of people here. So, stop lobbing unfounded accusations! |
