| Since we have already had a couple of pepsi vs. coke this is a milk topic. Post your favorite kind of milk, cow, goat, soy, rice, etc and the percentage fat you like. |

I like thw cow skim milk stuff, but only for my cereal or for chocolate milk, I don't really do the stuff by it's self. (unless I have cookies to go with it) |

i prefer not to consume bovine lactose at any temperature.
I don't like milk, any kind really. Right now we have cow's milk at my house, fresh from the cow. Soon, when our goat has her babies, we will be milking her and using her milk. yipee |

| I like fat free vanilla soy milk the best, but rice milk is good too. I've been using skim milk mostly though. |

that sounds really...delicious! I can't really imagine liking goat milk (or soy milk, for that matter!) |

| Some soy milk is gross and watery with little chunks of soy in it, other kinds are better and smoother. |

Soy is a plant, like corn, or wheat or whatever else you choose to grow. In my state they use it for milk, meat analogs, fuel for cars (not kidding), ink and paper. It's really good for you and can help prevent certain kinds of cancer. |
