To much Soy isn't good for men. It lowers there Testosterone levels.
Thought I would let you guys know about that.
I like whole or 1%.
Skim is to watered down.
I buy only organic milk.
For health reasons.
I don't think it is good to have
Antibiotics and steroids in milk. |

hey I tryed some goat milk today and it was sooooo good!  it was soo creamy and smooth. goat cheese is good too. Not that I am going to put cows out of commision,  I just thought I'd share with my fellow goat milk liking friends that they are right it is good! |
