LOL! I wondered what your reason would be.
It's nice to know what the mayor is supposed to be doing/what his (or her) goals should be.
Don't ya'll think it would be interesting to see someone else in office for a while? |

I think I'm beginning to see.....
For the Mayor of Odyssey we need someone who has experience working with computers, websites, the internet, etc., if we want to see this board improved. |

| well, the mayor has to know people's intentions, people's personalities. Tom RIley(in AIO, not the TH) knew everybody and all....and he became mayor. Jared has been here a long time and knows lots of stuff about lots of people. |

Hawkeye has been around quite a while too.
And he has the computer and people skills necessary...prime candidate if you ask me. |

| Actually, despite his attempts to sound very tech-like (his "I love Linux" stuff), he is not familiar with any scripting languages, from what I understand. A love of Linux does not give one the ability to do anything positive for the Town Hall. |

| Hehehe.... Jared, I am perfectly capable of scripting, but I never had a need or desire to script. Programming is better. However, the Admin is the only one who should know scripting, not the mayor. And as for what HisGirl said, she is correct. So, Jared, why are you so insistent to pass off your Admin duties to elected Odyssey people? And where, oh where is the list you asked me to clean up when I became Sherrif (if it is my duty to do your work)?.... |

It was taking more time to extract the data from the DB than to just do it myself, so I cleaned up the list myself. |
