| But surely none at this board, and if so, they wouldn't dare to make unintelligable, non-useful posts in this very thread. |

Omigoodness... *longdrawnoutfrustratedsigh*
First off, I'll bet all of you 50 bucks a piece that this thread will be locked within the next week.
Secondly, I would completely disapprove of such a action.
Thirdly, there is NOTHING in here that is inappropriate for a single person (of the correct maturity) to read. This is not the 1800's. I bet we all know where babies come from.
Fourthly, does anyone here know how to create a message board? as in, for older posters? Perhaps I should talk to people over at AIOD. Quite obviously, it exists, so quite obviously, they have to know how. I mean, its not as if Xhan has tons of time on his hands for explaining the technical stuff to me. |

| ...I have a message board from EZBoard or something, but you get inundated with about 42 pop-ups everytime you click on something. |

Sydney: Yep, this topic is going. Not because of the original topic but because you have now started GAMBLING on it! (Not really going to delete the thread, by the way, but I would encourage all posting here to keep on the BASICS of the topic...)
On the topic of when kids should get online... Well, I've been online since age seven. (I think I said eight before, but thinking back, that's incorrect... I was eight when I launched my first website.) And I'm GLAD that I've been on since age seven. Of course, as the internet has grown over time, more junk has definitely gone online... but still, it can be avoided. And as an over-enthusiastic internet user, I am all for young web users -- if they are mature enough to distinguish between right and wrong. |

I haven't abanndoned this topic, I just really haven't had much more to say on it. I did adjust the title of the topic though, knowing that it might be a good thing to give some kind of warning, but at the same time I really don't think that there was anything posted on the board that was to 'risque' it all seemed to be... well ok (imo)
I'm not gonna get into the whole "how old should kids be when they get online" I have my viewpoints on that, but I really feel there are un important right now.
Some of the topics that were brought up (kissing/physcal contact in relationships etc) do go hand in hand ( no pun intended) with courtship/dating. And I think all the points made were valid.
So, um, thanks for posting... and if you do have more to say on the issue, go ahead, but lets not stray too far into the sticky territories that we have.
Um, I can't remember who posted it, and I can't find it, but I love the term "beau" to describe the boyfriend type person. I think I'm gonna use that!
and Hawkeye, thanks for your post on kissing. K, that sentence sounded weird, but um... what you said was very good and insightful. |

Just curious, do any of you ever have "crushes" on anyone?
And yes, I am aware that that question doesn't really have that much to do with the topic! |
