| I'm really stressed right now. Really REALLY stressed. With SATs and deadlines and such coming up faster than the speed of a charging elephant. Does anyone have any verses or insight on this topic? I could use some. (My darling mother has been concerned that I've been so moody.) |

Well, read this verse:
The steps of the godly are directed by the LORD. He delights in every detail of their lives. Ps. 37:23
That verse just makes me grin. He's got it all under control, hon, and there is no use for us to kill ourselves by trying to get that 'control' from Him. 
See, He delights in doing that math problem with you. In fact, from what I hear...He's pretty good at it. So, just relax, take a deep breath (or as many as you want  ) and give it all to Him. Faith. |

I'm sorry that you're so stressed.  Do you need a certain score to get into the college you want to attend? When I'm feeling the need for peace, I like to remember Jesus' words to His disciples in John 14:27. "Peace I leave with you; My peace I give to you; not as the world gives, do I give to you. Let not your heart be troubled, nor let it be fearful." |
